IMMEDIATE PLAN

Much conservation, restoration and infra-structure work has been done, but much is still needed. There are now plans for specialised structural reinforcement to the roof. The first floor will soon be rewired, sound and fire insulated. Access from the terrace behind onto the first floor will double as a fire escape. Radiators fired by the pellet boiler will be extended to north facing rooms. A Stone built Temascal will be constructed during 2017. Piping in the water channel from the river will allow new Flow-Forms, gravity fed irrigation of the lawns and a small hydro-electric generator.
